Hands on style in your home

2 hour class followed with the meal we just prepared.
Have fun in the kitchen while you expand your culinary repertoire with some great go to recipes.

What a typical week offering might look like

Summer Menu

Lonza, melon, pickled peppers and focaccia 
 
Gazpacho 
 
Tonnato with tomatoes, green and cannellini bean salad with tarragon and olive vinaigrette 
 
Lemon verbena panna cotta with peaches 
 
 
All Colorado fresh produce!
Lonza is house cured and dried pork loin from local and organic pork. Served with melon, spicy pickled peppers and focaccia. The focaccia will also be great with the soup and tonnato dish.
 
Classic Spanish gazpacho to savor the summer!
Tonnato is a sauce made with olive oil poached tuna mixed with caper aioli. The cannellini beans will be marinated with olive vinaigrette and ready to mix with tomatoes and blanched green beans for a fresh and healthy dinner.
Lemon verbena is probably my favorite summer herb, amazingly aromatic!  The panna cotta will be infused with the verbena and garnished with fresh peaches.
